Nyaya Dhara Foundation is a social and legal awareness organisation. It aims to create a responsible and aware society by helping individuals understand their rights, duties, and access to justice.
Types of membership

Volunteer Member
Active participation in awareness campaigns, legal aid camps and service programmes. Volunteer ID card.

Regular membership — programmes, workshops and awareness activities. Membership certificate.

A one-time fee for lifetime membership — a lasting association with the Foundation, and recognition.

Membership rules
- The application fee is accepted only online (bank transfer / UPI) — no cash.
- The membership fee is non-refundable. (Duplicate or excess payments, and payments for rejected applications, are refunded — see the fees & refund policy.)
- The Foundation reserves the right to accept, reject or cancel any membership.
- Members have no claim to voting or management rights.
- A photo or scan of an ID proof must be uploaded with the application.
- Membership of the Foundation does not make anyone a member or shareholder of the company under the Companies Act.
