Membership terms

These terms apply to membership of Nyaya Dhara Foundation. By submitting an application you accept them.
Eligibility
Applicants must be at least 18 years old and give true information. One person has one active membership record.
Application and acceptance
- An ID-proof photo/scan and the fee payment details must accompany the application. Fees are paid only online (bank transfer / UPI) into the Foundation’s own account — no cash, and never into any person’s account.
- Membership is approved and a member number issued only after the payment and ID are verified. The Foundation may accept or reject any application, or cancel any membership.
Nature of membership
- Members have no voting or management rights in the Foundation.
- Membership of the Foundation does not make anyone a member or shareholder of the company under the Companies Act, 2013.
- Validity depends on the type of membership and is printed on the member card.
Member card and use of the name
- The member card is not a government ID and confers no official right, post or authority.
- No member may collect money in the Foundation’s name, claim any post, or use the card or name to pressure anyone without the Foundation’s written permission. Doing so may lead to immediate cancellation.
Politics
The Foundation is not affiliated with any political party. Membership must not be used for political campaigning.
Disputes
Disputes about these terms will first be settled by discussion; thereafter the courts at Haridwar (Uttarakhand) have jurisdiction.
